    I needed to order a corsage and boutonnière with a quick turn around time, ( my fault for waiting last minute), however, when I called to order the staff was very kind and said they would have it ready on time and with the exact requested colors. She was right! I picked up at agreed time with exact colors and they looked beautiful. So nice to have such great customer service and commitment to quality in a small community. I will utilize this florist for any further needs based on my previous experience and will recommend the family tree florist to others also.

    I'm from Nelsonville but moved to Columbus 13 years ago. I called and ordered flowers for a funeral, I asked the lady to send (text) me a picture of her finished product and SHE DID! That's the stuff you only get in a small town. If I asked in Columbus I'd get an email in 7-10 business days. BRAVO small town flower shop. Customer service is outstanding

    Everything was great. Thanks! I did hear later that the bouquet was pretty small, although quite full and lovely. It would be nice to have a size comparison or some way to have a sense of the size of the bouquet when ordering online.
