    The flowers are beautiful, however they do need to work on their work flow and organization for Valentine’s Day. I pre ordered with a pickup time and prepaid and expected to be “in and out” but there is no direction when you enter and I just had to get in line with all the people ordering flowers. The flowers were actually ready the whole time, but the system for pick up for web orders is clearly broken. Will continue to come back though- again, really nice arrangements.

    Hello Wendy, I think you may be refering to the order on the 3rd for season for sunflowers. At any rate, we recreate arrangements to the best of our abilities with what we have in stock and usually do some substitutions. We always give a better value than the website shows when substituting. I like to think of the website as a convenience and a guide of colors flowers and size to price more than a catalog. To be honest this delivery forgot the chocolates but my daughter called and they were delivered immediately. Things happen so understandable. Overall my daughter said she will always use this florist based on the quality of flowers and their professionalism.

    i had left under "special directions" to please deliver no later than 10 am on valentines day. after 3:30 pm i decided to go there and pick them up. they had to make them on the spot. guess you can say i was not very happy with the delivery service. there was very bad weather but i called several times and they gave me the runaround...got no callback either. i spent alot of money and didn't get the service i wanted...but the arrangement was beautiful.
