    This birthday gift bouquet from a good friend was one of the most beautiful and long-lasting arrangements I've ever received. Really gorgeous! Was confused though, because my friend's name wasn't added to the little card in the bouquet, so I didn't know who they were from. He did give his name to SP Panda Flowers when he placed the order but for some reason they didn't put his name on the card. When I called Panda Flowers to ask who the flowers were from, they said he said not to put his name on the card. That wasn't the case. Could just admit to an oversight. Otherwise, all good.

When I have ordered arrangements from other companies I’ve been disappointed in their final end product because when the recipient sends me a photo of what they get delivered, it’s a skimpy sad version barely matching what I ordered online.     We have ordered flowers From Panda Flowers Sherwood Park over the p[ast two years. We have never been disappointed. Arranfgements are always at or above expectations. Recently we had a 50th Wedding anniversary and wanted an arrangement to match as close as possible, one seen in the introduction of a British TV series, 'Rosemary and Thyme'.     I had incredible service from this florist! The flower arrangement was beautiful and my friend absolutely loved it. She lost her father to covid. It was very near to Christmas so they had stated on the website that any flower orders would be florist's choice as opposed to specific requests.     Beautiful arrangement! Ordered a memorial bouquet in the morning and they were delivered that afternoon. The flowers were high quality and have lasted for over a week so far and are still as beautiful as the day ther were delivered. My only complaint is the $30 delivery charge as it seems pretty excessive. A reasonable priced bouquet at $85, but with a delivery fee of $30 it was almost $120. Would have given 5 stars otherwise.

    the flowers were great and arrived as promised however our name was not on the attached card therefore the recipient did not realize they were from us. I needed to call the store to confirm the bouquet was delivered and I needed to call the recipient to see if they liked them. If our name was on the bouquet we would have received a phone call thanking us instead of having the recipient wondering... :(

    The arrangement was beautiful, but the baby roses only lasted 2-3 days before I had to pull them out of the arrangement. They never opened & started drooping/losing petals quite quickly. The rest of the flowers (gerbera daisies, carnations, etc.) are still beautiful though.

We do get the spray roses fresh every week and we did check the entire bunch of flowers, which were perfectly fine. Sorry that the spray rose that reached you shed petals sooner than expected. Sometimes if the rose stem does not get a proper cut with the shear or sharp knife, the stem stops drinking water. That may be one possibility of the flower living short.     I have a comment about the 'Star Gazer Lilies'....they are my favorite flower because they are beautiful but one draw back when receiving them in an arrangement is the fragrance. The smell is extremely strong and powerful. The smell was throughout my two story house. After a short while I wanted to through out the lilies but didn't because they are beautiful. Today was the second week and was able to through them out. There were only two of them in the arrangement but wow very over powering.

We did not know who this was and were trying to contact people to find out who it might be. The Orchid plant is absolutely beautiful! Just beautiful.
